Jim Carlson, Owner/Founder
Jim has more than 18 years' experience in property management and construction in Telluride. He is also a licensed General Contractor. Jim cares deeply about our homeowners and clients, is extremely knowledgeable in all fields of construction and property care, very reliable and efficient and always keeps an open line of communication with you as a homeowner.
Jim is an active volunteer of San Miguel County Search & Rescue and also coaches his daughter's U10 hockey team. He is a mountain man and thoroughly enjoys the outdoors including skiing and snowboarding, climbing, hunting, playing ice hockey and soccer, mountain biking and spending time with friends and family.
Jenny Carlson, Co-owner/Vacation Rental Manager
Jenny has 18 years of experience in the Telluride vacation rental industry and also carries a passion for travel and for Telluride. She loves accommodating guests coming to visit and knows all the hot spots around town! Her top priority is making sure our properties represent the best in Telluride vacation rentals and being here for your vacation rental needs, whether you are a homeowner or vacation rental guest.
Jenny has volunteered on the board of Rascals/Rainbow/Rockies pre-school and after-school program and currently serves on the board of Palm Arts and the Michael D. Palm Theatre in Telluride. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying active in the community and outdoors, including skiing (both cross country and downhill), running, hiking, mountain biking and playing ice hockey and soccer.
