Maintenance Technician
Role Description
This is a FT/YR Maintenance Technician role located in Telluride, CO. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily maintenance tasks, repair work, carpentry, snow removal, maintenance on equipment and all aspects supporting our property management operations.
The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and diagnose any issues and work with the ownership/property management team to ensure all properties are in the best possible condition for guests and homeowners. This position will involve all sorts of carpentry and trade work and the applicant should be highly sufficient in such work. They should take direction well and be able to work independently to complete a task. Plus for a self-starter as this position has great opportunity for growth and to lead a team!
The ideal candidate;
- Is detail-oriented and computer literate to communicate with the rest of the team efficiently
- Has solid experience within carpentry and the trades
- Is fluent in English
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Has a valid driver license and their own, reliable transportation to/from Telluride
Qualifications
- Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Industrial Maintenance experience
- Ability to operate and maintain power tools and equipment used in construction, maintenance and repair of facilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High School diploma or equivalent and relevant work experience in maintenance or a related field
- Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical work is a plus
- Experience in property management or a related field is a plus
Pay range is $25-$35/hour DOE.
Property Inspector
Role Description
This is a FT/YR Property Inspector role located in Telluride, CO. The Property Inspector will be part of our dedicated team of property managers for weekly inspections of our properties as well as supporting all aspects of our property management and vacation rentals operations.
The ideal candidate will identify potential issues, troubleshoot and diagnose any issues as well as assign, delegate and follow up on maintenance work for our maintenance team and subcontractors. They will work with the ownership/property management team to ensure all properties are in the best possible condition for rental guests and homeowners. This position may also help welcoming guests and assist with our vacation rental operations. Plus for a self-starter as this position has great opportunity for growth and to lead a team!
The ideal candidate;
- Has a great eye for detail and is highly proficient in using Apple and Microsoft products (computer literacy)
- Is fluent in English
- Has a valid driver license and their own, reliable transportation
