The entire main level opens up to a large deck with dining area seating and lounge seating.

Downstairs you will find another sitting area with gas fireplace, game table, bar, flat screen TV and pool table – the perfect hangout spot! This area also opens up to the patio with fire pit and lounge seating as well as the outdoor hot tub – the perfect spot to watch the sunset!

Adjacent to this room is the movie room with another large flat screen TV and seating, home gym and a guest bedroom with a king bed.

The other two bedrooms have a queen bed each and shares a bathroom in the hallway with a shower and separate tub.

This home is located right on the Telluride golf course. Right outside you have access to a paved walking path and cross country skiing. Downhill skiing at the Telluride Ski Resort is minutes away.
