This condo is located on the top and 2nd floor via stair access. Enter into the open concept and spacious kitchen, living room and dining.
The living room features a comfortable seating area, flat screen TV and gas fireplace. There is a deck with chairs and a BBQ grill that opens up overlooking the Valley Floor. There is also a closet on the deck with ski storage.
The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. Adjacent and open to the dining and living room is the kitchen with a gas range and kitchen island with sink. There is also a wine fridge.
On this floor is also the primary bedroom and bathroom. This bedroom has a king bed and a deck opening up to open nature space. The bathroom has heated floors, a shower only (no tub), W/C and sink.
Upstairs is the guest bedroom and bathroom. The guest bedroom is open to the living room but has a private door. It has a king bed. The bathroom has a heated floors, shower/tub combo, W/C, sink and washer/dryer.
Up another set of stairs is the loft with 2 twin beds.
This condo features a lot of natural light on each floor through plenty of windows.
Get to downtown Telluride with a few minutes' car ride or 5-10 minute easy bike ride along the paved bike path, which is located just out the door. Cross-country skiing, hiking, fishing and mountain biking is literally just across the street!
The condo is also on the route of the free bus route into Telluride. You are also across the street from the Shell station and San Miguel Country Store for necessities as well as the best ice cream in town.
